MONTHLY OTB POTLUCK
Please join us for OTB's In Person Potluck in the warmer months, typically March through October. During the colder months, we meet by Zoom.
Please take a home Covid Test before attending and do not come if you have any symptoms. Gotta keep everyone safe!
Potluck: Please bring a dish to share that feeds 8 people. You'll earn a Time Bank hour if you do. You'll earn 2 Time Credits if you bring a main dish! Please BRING your own plates, cups and utensils (and serving utensils). Bring a friend, orientation will be scheduled for a later time. If you don't feel comfortable sharing food, feel free to bring a sack lunch for yourself.
Special Offer: to give you even more motivation to help us make this potluck a big events, we're offering 2 extra hours to attendees.
You'll always get hours for bringing a dish and for helping with setup and clean up.
New Member Orientation: Want to join Our Time Bank? If you plan to attend an orientation (1 of the steps to join) you must attend the potluck first. One of our leadership team members will schedule an orientation with you after the potluck.
We are looking for new locations to host upcoming potlucks. Do you have an outdoor or indoor space that accommodates more than 20 people? Please contact Nicky Bregman to learn more.
Please note: OTB potlucks are alcohol free, smoke free and pet free.

Set up: 9am to 10am. Please arrive by 9:30 am.
Clean-up: 4pm. We need to leave the room by 5pm.
Do you have a skill to share? Let us know if you would like to demonstrate a skill, or teach something, by putting a note in the comments.
We especially would love live music, or sharing a playlist.
And please bring something to share for the potluck!!

ORDER and DELIVERY
We have some members who place a monthly order with Azure Standard, a great resource for bulk, healthy foods. As a member, you are welcome to join without a monthly commitment, whenever you would like to place an order. You can post an ad offering to split large items with other members as well.
Join OUR TIME BANK'S food buyer's club!
Our mission is to assist OTB members in finding healthy & affordable food. Currently, our primary source is Azure Standard.
Azure In A Nutshell
Azure specializes in natural, organic, earth-friendly foods and products. They deliver directly to customers, buying clubs and retailers by semi truck and UPS. Azure piggybacks onto an outside network of existing truck routes for delivery, so it's carbon efficient.
You can order bulk items by yourself, or better yet, enjoy big savings by going in on bulk items with other OTB members. Post a request to split something with another OTB member. You can grab your half at the drop point, leave the rest for your buddy, and he/she can Paypal you the cash. It's easy!
Not a member yet? Go to Azure Standard and create a profile (make sure to put TB before your name when signing up. Example TB Joe Smith). Click on Drops in Your Account and add Mar Vista as your Drop.
The order process goes like this:
A cut off date is announced on the events page, after the member login. Usually 4:00PM on the announced date is the cutoff time for placing our orders. Once the delivery date has been announced, please plan to pick up your items at Christy's as soon as an hour after the scheduled delivery time. Please look for Azure's emails confirming your order and delivery schedule, Azure may change the expected day/time of delivery.
